For hygiene reasons, we are not able to accept returns of our earrings.
Refunds are only issued for faulty earrings. In this instance, you can request a replacement or a refund depending on your preference.
EAR SASS will send you a prepaid envelope to your chosen address. We do require a photograph of the damage caused when they arrived for our own reference.
We will replace or refund your earrings if you contact our friendly customer service team at customerservice@earsass.com within three days of receiving the item who will be more than happy to assist you.
Any other items can be returned within 7 days of receiving item, please note if the item is not faulty, the customer will be responsible for paying return postage.
All returns must be posted back to us in the original packaging and the contents must be in the same condition it was received in.
If you have opted for a refund, EARSASS will refund you within 7 working days.
