All orders placed in European countries, customers are responsible for the payment for any customs and taxes upon receipt of your item.

Orders leaving the UK and entering other countries (including the European Union) are subject to local import duties and tax charges in the destination country. These additional charges (sometimes up to 20-25%) are not paid by EARSASS and are the responsibility of the customer.


Parcels returned to EARSASS due to customers refusal to pay import charges will be subject to a £30.00 charge to cover additional shipping and import costs we incur from the courier.

This will be deducted from any refund. Refunds will not be issued until parcels have been received by EARSASS.
