I bought a pair of these for myself in white gold after coming across the brand in a documentary on the Princess of Wales. They are beautifully made,. I have since bought more pairs as gifts. On one occasion when I did have to contact customer service they were quick to respond, and super helpful.

Beautiful with many compliments

I purchased the silver Issy Star earrings, they are so beautiful, they came in a lovely little black pouch. They are very sturdy which is really good as feel they will last a very long time, a bit fiddly at first to put them in but they go in fine now They sit beautifully in my ear and look more expensive than they are. A wonderful purchase for a wonderful charity. Definitely recommend these earrings for either day / evening wear, they are gorgeous 😊

Absolutely beautiful

These are beautiful earrings. They are a good weight and not at all flimsy. They are a little stiff to open ( Maybe I struggle slightly because I have arthritis) however would prefere that, rather than loose one. Lots of nice comments from friends. They came in a lovely pouch to keep them safe

I love wearing these lovely earrings, they are appropriate for any occasion. It feels special to support the charity too. I have the gorgeous rose gold ones and I have got the white gold ones for my daughter-in-law. The earrings are perfect for any age group, great at Christmas too.

The earrings, I bought the silver, definitely lived up to my expectations. They are very well made, chunky and look lovely on.
I think the ethos of the company is amazing, it's a wonderful charity to benefit from sales and the fact that the Princess of Wales wore some will, I hope, boost the contributions.
My only small criticism, and it is small, is that I found them difficult to remove. I have arthritis in my hands which, at first, I was putting that down to the difficulty but I don't think it was. To open, the earring folds in half ( still connected) and the post comes out of one half but it was extremely stiff and difficult to pull. Maybe loosen them a little before sending out?
I would definitely recommend.
